What is your shipping information?
We offer shipping Australia wide and are proud to say that all our orders are posted in Hero Packaging satchels, which are 100% zero-waste & compostable! 
Please note the following shipping times are an estimate:
Standard Shipping - $5.00, 2-8 business days once dispatched from Australia Post
Express Shipping - $10.00, 1-5 business days once dispatched from Australia Post
Free Shipping – On all orders over $80.00
Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to offer international shipping outside of Australia.

Why use essential oils and crystals?
Essential oils can give many benefits and be a great alternative to harsh synthetic fragrances. Essential oils are abstracted from plants and are absorbed through our smell receptors, which are linked to our limbic system. Our sense of smell can prompt effects on our mind, from motivation to comfort. 

Crystals naturally form underground, and each type has different properties that can affect us spiritually and emotionally. Crystals can hold and project positive energy in either people or places, such as a room.

Are your products natural?
Yes, we only use high quality essential oils and pure plant based ingredients! We don't use mineral oil, fragrance, or synthetic ingredients. 

Are your products vegan and not tested on animals?
We are 100% vegan and do not test any of our products on animals.

Are you Australian owned and made?
Yes, we are a woman owned business based in Perth in Western Australia. All of our suppliers – from ingredients to packaging – are also Australian, so when you support Palmtree The Store you’re also supporting a network of Australian businesses!

Do you accept stockists?
Yes! We love seeing our products in your stores and businesses, and offer wholesale prices to stockists. To enquire please email us at palmtreethestore@gmail.com. 

What is your refund & exchange policy?
For health reasons we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind - however our customers come first, and we will always do our best to help if you have an issue with your product. Refunds and exchanges will be offered at the discretion of Palmtree The Store, if you have a refund or exchange request please email us at palmtreethestore@gmail.com.

Product Care:
As our products are natural without harsh preservatives, they are best used fresh.
Body Oils and Rollers - Please use within 12 months of purchase.
Bath Soaks, Body Scrubs & Mists - Please use within 6 months of purchase.
To keep your products lovely we have used glass packaging instead of plastic for our oils, rollers and mists. 
Please store your products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. 

Safety Information:
As with all essential oil products; pregnant / breastfeeding women, children, pets and anyone with prior health conditions should consult a suitably trained health professional before use.
Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or sensitive areas of the body. Never consume orally. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use.
Our Golden Manifest range contains lemon essential oil, which is photosensitive and may cause skin sensitivity to sunlight and UV rays. Avoid exposure for up to 24 hours from application.
