What is your shipping information?
We offer shipping Australia wide and are proud to say that all our orders are posted in Hero Packaging satchels, which are 100% zero-waste & compostable!
Once you've placed your order, please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order.
Please note the following shipping times are an estimate:
Standard Shipping - $6.00, 2-8 business days once dispatched from Australia Post
Express Shipping - $11.00, 1-5 business days once dispatched from Australia Post
Free Shipping – On all orders over $100.00
Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to offer international shipping outside of Australia.

Yes! All of our products we stock in our store are natural, vegan and not tested on animals
Are you Australian owned and made?
Yes, we are a small business based in Perth in Western Australia. All of our products we stock have been made in Australia by an Australian small business. Thank you for shopping local, we all appreciate your support!
What is your refund & exchange policy?
For health reasons we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind - however our customers come first, and we will always do our best to help if you have an issue with your product. Refunds and exchanges will be offered at the discretion of Palmtree The Store, if you have a refund or exchange request please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

As with all essential oil and cosmetic products; pregnant / breastfeeding women, children, pets and anyone with prior health conditions should consult a suitably trained health professional before use.

Our Palmtree The Store Golden Manifest range contains small amounts of lemon essential oil – avoid exposure to sunlight and UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying product to avoid photosensitivity.
